S&T allows PUAs to gain competency sarging alone, but have wings to occasionally back them up when needed. This skill is important in building personal competencies and learning how to avoid relying on a wing when running a set.
The separate-together winging style allows PUAs to develop their individual skills, instead of relying too heavily on their wings, and allows them to build the confidence to go out alone when no wings are available. Ultimately, becoming self-dependent and not relying on others should be the goal of aPUAs, and the S&T style of winging helps them to get to that level.
Let’s go S&T with the alliance tonight and breakup into groups of 3.
