Quick Definition: A mental state that is achieved via hypnotic induction, which involves a series of questions and instructions by a trained hypnotist.


Full Definition:

The subject of hypnosis is broad and extensive. NLP is a part of hypnosis. Hypnosis deals with the idea that, as humans, we have various states of awareness, and there are ways to reach our sleep or unconscious state via hypnotic programming.
