Eckhart Tolle Bio
Spiritual leader and mentor Eckhart Tolle’s book, The Power Of Now became popular reading after RSD Founder Owen Cook (Tyler Durden) touted it as instrumental in finding happiness and also being present in the moment when interacting with girls. As Owen notes in one of his YouTube videos: “In being present with myself and being in my full consciousness, I also drew girls into my reality and my interactions were better, because I was fully experiencing the moment.”
Tolle explains his early life as full of depression until a day at age 29, an “inner transformation” occurs – the weight of his depression would no longer be supported by his ego. He then spent several years wandering and unemployed “in a state of deep bliss” before becoming a spiritual teacher. Later, he moved to North America where he began writing his first book, The Power of Now, which was published in 1997 and reached the New York Times Best Seller lists in 2000.
His teaching has helped many aspiring artists to be happy and present in the moment, as well as to enjoy the now, the joy of the journey to get good with girls. A lot of guys get anxiety or depression from not getting immediate success with women. Tolle teachings also help artists find peace and being aware of their consciousness and extends beyond just male-to-female relations.
Eckhart Tolle Quotes
“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.”
“Every addiction arises from an unconscious refusal to face and move through your own pain. Every addiction starts with pain and ends with pain. Whatever the substance you are addicted to – alcohol, food, legal or illegal drugs, or a person – you are using something or somebody to cover up your pain.”
“Wherever you are, be there totally. If you find your here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally. If you want to take responsibility for your life, you must choose one of those three options, and you must choose now. Then accept the consequences.”
