A DAI is a particularly frustrating form of C&B because a genuinely interested woman is disappointed because of a poor pickup. Sometimes this could be the result of mis-calibration on the part of the PUA, and sometimes it could be the result of incongruence. Other times, it is just a genuine incompatability. The best thing to do in cases of DAI is to remain outcome independent and view the DAI as a learning experience.
