Work Pick Up (WPU)
Quick Definition:
The act of seducing a co-worker at work.
Full Definition:
The practice of picking up women at work is a very controversial one. Some PUAs have no qualms about becoming romantically involved with their co-workers, while others caution against it, because of the potential negative fall-out that could result.
Hooking up with co-workers often happens very naturally, because the vast majority of of our adult lives is spent in the world of work. In fact, in many marriages, the partners first met their future spouses at work. However, things can quickly grow complicated if such relationships do not work out, especially in the modern dating world of casual relationships.
There are many consequences to picking up co-workers, up to, and including termination. However these consequences can vary depending on the work environment. In strict corporate cultures, dating within one’s department can be forbidden by company policy, while in others, dating is allowed between employees of equal power. In more casual work environments, such as restaurants and movie theaters, hooking up between employees is very common.

Tempting Co-Workers
While work can be an easy way to meet and get to know women, many PUAs argue against work pick ups not only because of the aforementioned consequences, but because it doesn’t involve as much skill as picking up a total stranger. They argue that aspiring PUAs should have an abundance mindset, and go out to do cold approaches if they really want to improve their skillset.
Work pick up is a minefield, and one that a PUA should tread carefully and think deeply about before getting involved in something he may later regret.
