Signal/Statement of Disinterest (SOD)
Quick Definition:
An action or statement from the PUA to the target that conveys active disinterest very clearly, without insulting her.
It can also be verbal evidence of disinterest from a target.
Full Definition:
SODs can come from genuine disinterest and an honesty on the PUA’s behalf. Usually, even interest from a girl, be it one the PUA is not interested in, is additional currency for a DHV. SODs can also be very clear statements of disinterests in a high difficulty set, which includes many AMOGs, or the presence of a SHB.
If a SOD is coming from a target, it is important to recognize this and respond appropriately, either by a takeaway, negging or ejecting the set.
Usage:
I received many SODs from this girl tonight and I’m not getting anywhere.
