Quick Definition: This is when a girl panics and walks/runs away from you after a direct approach – even though she may be attracted to you.
Full Definition:
RAA is caused by the fact that women don’t know how to react when being approached direct in the daytime.
Although there are many reasons a girl would walk/run away after an approach (such as being late for something, having a boyfriend, or simply not being interested) RAA specifically refers to girls running off after displaying an IOI (such as smiling, laughing, or even touching the approaching PUA.
To date: The main reasons for RAA are:
- Some girls don’t know how to react to being picked up in broad daylight
- Some girls are actually afraid of messing up the interaction
- Some girls don’t want to feel slutty by being picked up easily
It has been reported that incidents of RAA happen much less frequently to PUA’s that are considered “not traditionally good looking” as opposed to guys that are considered “good looking.” As counterintuitive as it seems, this suggests than women are actually much more likely to run away from you when they are initially attracted, rather than not. This demonstrates the importance of always re-opening daygame targets. Read more on RAA from Sasha’s blog:
