Quick Definition: A philosophy and method that promotes personal development and in changing, positively, our perception of the world and our behavior patterns. By modeling tools based on human neurology, language and programming, NLP helps its students study and improve the structure of their subjective experience.

NLP has should have its own lingo website in and of itself.
The fundamental building blocks of NLP include 3 things:
- Neurology – how we perceive the world, and how we are biologically wired to respond to situations and develop behavior patterns.
- Language – how language is developed, and how anchors and ambiguities messages can become part of your communication.
- Programming – the idea that our language, behavior and our perception of the world are all patterns and systems, and can, therefore, be systematically configured and changed for the better.
One exercise of NLP is pickup, for example, is anchoring a touch on the HB’s shoulders every time you say her name and slowly down your voice tone and pacing. “Amanda”, for example, slow down, and look at her seductively. There are other patterns that can be developed to influence others as well as develop very strong patterns of communication styles, which strongly assist in your interaction with a target.
Usage:
You may not notice but Andy is employing the use of NLP in his conversations with the women.
