		<description>Good point.  Calibration is always a must.  I definitely do a bit of mayor walking in and around my neighborhood, and even when I go out.  Having the attitude of &quot;I am the mayor/owner of this venue, and I&#039;m going to walk around giving value to everyone&quot; is a good frame of mind to be in.</description>

		<description>Never heard the term &#039;mayor walking&#039; before although it&#039;s a great technique and I always encourage students to get talking to people on the way to the clubs for example. I&#039;d refrain from doing it literally everywhere though... A bit of social savviness is required. :)
