LSE can occur in both men and women. For PUAs, it is important to overcome any self-esteem issues and develop a strong inner game so that they can have a strong frame and blow past shit tests.
With women, it is important to calibrate one’s game to the level of confidence of the woman. Very attractive women often have low self esteem, because they are extremely conscious of the way they are perceived by others. LSE women tend to react more strongly to negs, and can be unsure about giving out her phone number because she thinks she is undeserving. In such cases, it is important for the PUA to use disqualification to bring his value down to her level.
