There are actual physical and mental limits imposed on us by our DNA. The point, though, is that few people ever come up against these limits and achieve their full potential, because they are limited by their beliefs. The belief that you could do anything if you put your mind to it, while not literally true, is an empowering belief that leads to better results and greater success. Of course human potential isn’t literally unlimited (as I mentioned). There are actual physical and mental limits imposed on us by our DNA.
