With kino pinging, it is important to be brief and light at first, with gradual escalation. Being subtle and discreet allows many positive things to happen in your favor, such as keeping the HB unsure of your interest and also making her feel comfortable in front of her friends.
Good kino pinging communicates certain layers of DHVs:
1. Your target gets used to you touching her over the course of the interaction
2. It sub communicates that you are used to touching women and getting good results, also known as pre-selection.
3. It provides a really easy first step in kino escalation
4. Be neutral with touching the guys too, to provide a comfortable sense of touch and respect. This avoids the creepy PUA vibe and makes befriending a potential CB or AMOG easier.
