A PUA who lives abroad in another country and/or travels frequently between countries.
Some use this term to describe all PUAs that are not from the USA. Others use this term more like a global nomad – the international PUA is an citizen of the world, and travels frequently with the intention of enjoying life and gaming girls along the way.
San Francisco, for example, is host to many European students and backpackers and visitors that come to the city to learn more about the world. A large influx of new PUAs often come from European countries such as Sweden, Holland, England, among others.
