GFs can be exclusive or open depending on the relationship and the PUA and GF’s social value. Regardless, it is important to set the frame of the relationship at the very beginning of the sexual relationship. This will set the proper expectations for the relationship and lead to less hurt feelings later on.
PUAs, naturally, often have more than one girlfriend at the same time. Having multiple GFs at the same time is a subset of PUA game calling “harem management”, and includes gurus that specialize in the subject.
