Fat Chick Syndrome
Quick Definition: The often mis-understood stereotype of the fat girl in the group and her general psyche and MO.
Full Definition:
The fat chick stereotype has many parallels to the below average ugly guy stereotype. She is a victim of a negative social feedback loop. Although her friends may treat her like one of them, overall she has experienced some type of prejudice because of her weight, most likely. There are different types of fat chicks, and this definitions lends itself to the stereotypical American fat girl in clubs.
The negative perception is that this fat girl is usually craving for attention and trying to siphon off guys from her hotter friends. In order to get to the hotties, the guy must either befriend or remove the fat girl obstacle.
There are always exceptions to the rule. The Ugly Duckling, for example grew up fat but because hot later on. She has a hot chick body but a beautiful and sometimes low self esteem personality.
There are also nice Fat Chicks. These girls know they are fat, but are still true to their friends. All they want in the bar is to be respected by the guy or acknowledged. Do not ignore nice fat chicks. Acknowledge them, give them respect and they will become you best ally in hooking up with her hot friend.
Vengeful Fat Chicks – these are a guy’s worst nightmare. Their friends leave for a group bathroom break, and you end up taking her number. It only goes south from here. Dis-sway her advances, and befriend her. Only then can you take a shot at the hottie.

Wow no way did she used to be fat, she’s gorgeous. I think fat women can’t complain if men don’t find them attractive, they’re fat for god sake. If they don’t take care of their bodies why should people find them attractive. The whole “It’s my genetics” is largely bull, it’s their diet.
@Richard:
“At the beginning she wanted to be a model but she couldn’t because she was fat, but managed to lose 60 pounds.”
I think it’s to do with the way you where brought up, if you were brought up to love your food and eat a load of junk food, well ofc your gonna be fat when you get older, it was hard for me in that way, once you’ve experienced food its VERY hard to get of it, luckily I’m not big any more and more of an average size but anything could trigger me of to go back to food; I don’t think it’s attention, you eat when you’re bored tbqh.
