Quick Definition: Better than a “dancing monkey”, the dance floor monkey is an average to above average dancer who uses dance game to initiate a dance with the target, but nevertheless gets no where because of his gaming method.

The dance floor monkey has a dangerous mindset because he actually thinks he is a good dancer, and he may be. He may be dancing with girls and a group of girls all night. The girls may even appear to be taking part of the seduction process by kino escalating and showing IOIs. However, in the woman’s perspective, he is just a dance partner and any further escalation to sex will not be possible once this frame has been cast upon the monkey.
In general, the dance floor monkey fails to turn the dance into a genuine conversation. He is unable to reveal, verbally or non-verbally, any other aspects of his personality other than his dancing stills.
