Fukuda is a Wakaresaseya, a professional “breakup artist”, working for a Tokyo-based detective agency called Secret Shadow. $200,000 a year salary and the excitement of seduction.

Although such markets are less pervasive in the western world, the growth in seducers in both male and female populations allow for more breakup artist roles. Some argue that any stripper or escort can be considered “break-up artists”. In all senses of the definition, it requires one to learn the skills of attraction and seduction.
