Full Definition:

A Bottom Bitch, in pimp terminology, is the lead hoe who handles the other bitches and also fills in for the pimp if he is otherwise away or unavailable (i.e. in jail). The Bottom Bitch is usually the hoe the pimp trusts the most and will delegate responsibilities to her as needed.

In PUA terms, Bottom Bitchsimply refers to the lead girl the artist has in his rotation—the one girl that he can always count on to be there for him. Bottom Girls may be old girlfriends or simply girls who have fallen for the artist. The Bottom Bitch can always be relied on as a wing and oftentimes a full close.

In most cases (though not always), the Bottom Girl is not the most attractive girl that the artist desires. Rather, she is simply the most trustworthy and dependable.
