Full Definition:
The idea of blow out game is to find out what the boundaries are for socially acceptable behavior. It also pushes otherwise shy guys that are very “safe” in their game to push their boundaries. Often times, the person finds out that the “normal boundaries” are a lot looser than conventional wisdom suggestions.
