A woman who is the leader of a group of women. Also known as the “Mother Hen”.

Experienced PUAs will know that almost any group of females (who are not totally new friends) has one. She will make the most decisions for the group and respond first to most approaches, even when the approach was not directed towards her. In pickup, the PUA must win her over first before escalating with her followers. The AFOG can be harsh if the PUA fails in pleasing or diffusing her, or she can be his best friend if turned to the PUA’s side
