Full Definition:
The concept of Air Traffic Controlallows a PUA to find potential sets without appearing to search for them (and thus come off as creepy and desperate). To successfully implement Air Traffic Control, the PUA will have a wing on the lookout for him. The wing should be standing in a place where he can survey the environment (for example, on a balcony looking down). The wing tells the PUA when and where sets are available through an earpiece or cell phone. The PUA can approach the set effortlessly.
Usage:
Have an air traffic control setup at the mall entrance!
