Refers to a girl who is out alone or waiting for her friends and is alone for an extended period of time.
Because of the physical relationship of men and women, a girl going out alone at night is generally rare. However, when spotted, 1-sets are excellent sets to open. Often, a 1-set HB is looking to have sex and is therefore going out alone so the logistics and social pressure/judgment of friends are not in the way. A 1-set is also not subject to groupthink mentality of the wrath of mother hens.
1-sets exist more frequently in day-game as people go about their business and are subject to the variations present in day game. However, when spotted in night game, it is generally wise to quickly approach any 1-sets that give approach invitations before another player does.
